Goal Zero at all times— ensure continuous focus on health, safety, environment, security— all behaviors and action to support Goal Zero for all.

Deliver MM KPI results, MM $ benefits, Work Basic Scorecard and work process excellence for our core MM work processes: a) Warehouse Operations, b) Inventory Management, c) Investment Recovery.

Drive professional management of all inventory/warehouse areas, focused on customer integration, plant service, and delivering results across the material supply chain at the site (base, TA and Projects).

Provide site level inventory and warehouse operations leadership to the plant to contribute to delivery of inventory reliability, inventory accuracy, inventory reductions, and process standardization and execution improvement in alignment with regional and global MM direction, policies and procedures.

Focus should be on getting the plant customer the right part, at the right place, at the right time, every time (24×7) in support of operations, maintenance, turnarounds and projects.

Warehouse lead should leverage LEAN practices to drive out repetition, waste and cost— end to end in the material supply chain.

– College degree: Business, Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering or Inventory/Warehouse work experience
– Direct inventory, logistics, warehouse experience
– Supplier and contract management experience
– Strong customer relationship management skills to understand needs and problems
– Strong problem solving and implementation planning skills
– Strong interpersonal, supervisory and team building skills
– Strong personal computer skills (word, excel, power-point)
